冷连轧机组的AGC系统很好地解决了稳态阶段带厚精度,但冷连轧加减速段带厚波动却未能得到很好的控制。这主要是由于对加减速段带厚的变化规律没有足够的认识。本文首次对这一问题进行了计算机仿真研究,详细讨论了加减速段带钢厚度变化的规律,分析了各种工艺、设备参数对带厚度化的影响。本文的工作对冷连轧机组加减速过程带厚动态补偿控制的实现具有指导意义
The AGC system of tandem cold rolling mill is a good solution to the accuracy of belt thickness in the steady state, but the belt thick fluctuation in the cold tandem rolling acceleration and deceleration section can not be well controlled. This is mainly due to the lack of adequate understanding of the variation of belt thickness at acceleration and deceleration. This article for the first time carried on the computer simulation research to this question, discussed in detail the rule of strip thickness change in acceleration and deceleration section, and analyzed the influence of various process and equipment parameters on belt thickness. The work in this paper is instructive for the realization of dynamic compensation control with acceleration and deceleration of cold tandem mill
