用Ｗｅｃｈｓｌｅｒ－Ｒ智力量表对５７名父母职业暴露于ＴＮＴ的子女及７５名与其同年龄、同性别、同班级的对照人群进行智力测试。结果显示：在均衡混杂因素的基础上暴露组与对照组之间的总智商（ＦＩＱ）、语言智商（ＶＩＱ）、操作智商（ＰＩＱ）差异均有显著性，对照组高于暴露组。对十二项分测验的原始分分析表明：类同、算术、拼图两组间差异有显著性，对照组得分高于暴露组；常识、填图、积木、译码两组间差异性检验的Ｐ值处于临界状态，Ｐ值分别为０．０５１８、０．０５０２、０．０５０６、０．０６０４；分别以父暴露、母暴露的子女与对照组进行比较，父暴露组子女语言智商、操作智商、总智商均低于对照组，母暴露组子女语言智商低于对照组，操作智商、总智商与对照组差异无显著性。提示：职业暴露ＴＮＴ对子代智力发育有一定的影响，且以父暴露的影响尤为严重。
Fifty-seven children whose parents were professionally exposed to TNT and 75 control subjects of the same age, same sex and same-class were tested for intelligence using the Wechsler-R Intelligence Scale. The results showed that there were significant differences in FIQ, VIQ and PIQ between the exposed group and the control group on the basis of balanced confounding factors, while the control group was higher than the exposed group. The original sub-analysis of the twelve sub-tests showed that there were significant differences between the two groups, the scores of the control group were higher than those of the exposure group; the differences of the common-sense, the mapping, the building block and the decoding P values were in the critical state, P values were 0.0518,0.0502,0.0506,0.0604; respectively, parent exposure, the parent exposed children compared with the control group, the parent exposure group children language IQ, the operation of IQ , The total IQ were lower than the control group, the mother-child exposure group’s language IQ was lower than the control group, the operation IQ, total IQ and the control group no significant difference. Tip: Occupational exposure to TNT has a certain impact on the intellectual development of offspring, and the impact of the parental exposure is particularly serious.
