一概述 (一)前言 l=710mm叶片(以下简称710叶片)是以我厂l=665mm叶片(以下简称665叶片)为母型、采用等速模化方法自行设计的长叶片。在其顶部由拱型围带整圈连接,在距叶片型线根部l=460mm处装有一道直径φ13/φ9.5整圈空心松拉金。该叶片是为三缸二排汽21万千瓦汽轮机设计的。为了确保叶片在运行中安全可靠,在长叶片试验台对该叶片的动态振动特性进行了试验研究。试验件采用了装有710叶片的实物叶轮,应用红套方法将叶轮固定在试验轴上。
