近一段时间来,国外对中国的出口商品频频“发难”。仅2007年以来,国外指责中国的食品安全事件就发生了多起,而且呈逐渐上升之势。改革开放,尤其是中国加入WTO后,中国出口增长迅速,对进口国经济产生了一定的冲击,促使贸易保护主义抬头。中国产品的市场占有率不断提高,贸易顺差持续增长。而在WTO规则的约束下,技术性贸易壁垒广泛应用,使得“中国制造”步履维艰。
In recent days, foreign countries frequently export their products to China. Since 2007, the number of food safety incidents accusing China of foreign countries has taken a turn for the more, and it is on the rise. After the reform and opening up, especially after China’s accession to the WTO, the rapid growth of China’s exports exerted a certain impact on the economy of the importing countries and promoted the rise of trade protectionism. The market share of Chinese products continues to increase, and the trade surplus continues to grow. Under the rules of the WTO, TBTs are widely used, making the “Made in China” struggling.
