本文从法律的角度出发对电子期刊著作权进行了认定和分析,并对其著作权的归属及与印刷型期刊的关系进行了介绍和探讨,提出了使用法定许可制度来解决电子期刊的著作权问题。
This article from the legal point of view of the copyright of electronic journals identified and analyzed, and its ownership of copyright and the relationship with the printed periodicals were introduced and discussed, and proposed the use of statutory licensing system to solve the copyright issues of electronic journals.
