作者报告12例行心包内全肺切除术的肺癌患者的术后治疗。通过在术后加强心电监护及生命体征监测、改善呼吸道护理及胸腔负压调节管的护理、防治呼吸功能不全、控制输液及预防肺水肿、采取合理体位及适当活动与锻炼,除1例因急性呼吸衰竭和心跳骤停死亡外,大多数患者术后恢复良好。
