习近平总书记在主持中共中央政治局第七次集体学习时的重要讲话中,强调党史“这门功课不仅必修,而且必须修好”。从实践的角度看,修好党史这门必修课,有益于汲取开拓前进的智慧和力量;有益于加深对党的思想理论的理解;有益于坚定对党和社会主义的信念;有益于提高党员领导干部的领导水平和执政能力。同时,修好党史这门必修课要着力抓好“五个必须”。
In his keynote address at the Seventh Collective Study of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that party history should not only be compulsory but must be repaired. From a practical point of view, to fix the required course of the history of the Party is conducive to drawing on the wisdom and strength of pioneering progress, to deepening the understanding of the party’s ideological and theoretical thinking, to strengthening its conviction in the party and socialism, and to benefiting party members Leading cadre’s leadership and ability to govern. At the same time, it is necessary to focus on the compulsory part of the Party history in order to fix the “five musts.”
