对于学生假期作业的设计和布置,很多老师往往缺乏目的性和激发性,更多的是随意性和盲目性。现在各学校往往征订新华书店统一发行的假期作业本,老师们放假前一句话也就搞定,所有学生的假期作业量完全一样。其实,假期作业可以结合学生的学习成绩,进行层次性和个性化设计,对于整体激发学生学习的主动性、积极性,从而提高学生学习成绩能够产生不可忽视的影响。三年来,每个学期开学第一节课,我都会告诉学生假期作业按期末考试成绩实行分层布置,成绩越好越少做
