笔者主要对事业单位档案管理的目的和作用进行阐述,从管理设备落后、管理人员水平参差不齐、服务观念落后和档案管理制度缺乏灵活性四个方面,解析当前我国事业单位档案管理工作中的常见问题,并以此为依据,从增强全体档案管理员工的管理意识和工作创新,提出信息时代事业单位档案管理工作创新措施。希望通过本文的阐述,可以给相关领域提供些许的参考。
The author mainly expounds the purpose and function of archives management in public institutions.
