菊花(Chrysanthemum morifolium)的组织培养,采用侧芽作材料,培养在MS培养基上,添加细胞分裂素(BA)和生长素(NAA),获得的幼芽转移到生根培养基上(仅加NAA),长出的小植株可反复进行继代培养。 培养室保持25℃室温,光照强度2300勒克司(1ux),每天用日光灯照明12小时。 共培养得到300多个植株,其中有100多株种到盆里,一直在露地生长。经露地生长4—5个月,试管植株比普通扦插植株强壮,开花早7—10天。 试管组织培养繁殖菊花名种“绿牡丹”,为菊花名种的推广普及,开辟一条新的途径。
