步入快节奏的新时代,强调更多的是效率,也只有懂得效率的人才能很好立足于如今的时代。在教育界中,很多学者正潜心研究怎样提高课堂效率,经过这些年的努力也收获了不少,已基本形成成熟可行的有效课堂模式。而本文则从另一个角度讨论课堂效率提高的方法,探讨教师自身素养的提高对课堂的作用,着重于挖掘教师自身的潜力。
Into a fast-paced new era, emphasizing more efficiency, but also only know how to be efficient people can be very good based on today’s era. In the education sector, many scholars are studying how to improve the efficiency of classrooms. After years of hard work, they have also learned a lot and have basically formed a viable and effective classroom model. This article discusses the method of improving classroom efficiency from another perspective, discusses the role of teachers in improving their own qualities in the classroom, and focuses on exploring the potential of teachers themselves.
