目的:观察胃炎结颗粒对实验性慢性胃炎大鼠的治疗作用。方法:Wistar大鼠60只,选取10只为空白组,常规饲养;剩余50只采用0.02%氨水自由饮用制备大鼠实验性慢性胃炎模型。将模型大鼠随机分为模型组、维霉素组、胃炎结大、中、小剂量组,每组10只。对各组给予相对应药物治疗,测定各组大鼠胃液PH值及胃蛋白酶活性、胃腺管长度、表面上皮层厚度、胃黏膜PAS染色阳性层厚度,并进行壁细胞计数,比较各组结果。结果:胃炎结颗粒可降低胃液PH值和胃蛋白酶活性,使黏膜上皮病变减轻,PAS阳性层增多,黏膜厚度增加,壁细胞计数升高,且以胃炎结大剂量组疗效为最佳。结论:胃炎结颗粒对氨水诱发的大鼠实验性慢性胃炎具有明显的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Weiyanjie granules on experimental chronic gastritis rats. Methods: Sixty Wistar rats were selected, and 10 rabbits were selected as the blank group for routine feeding. The remaining 50 rabbits were drank freely with 0.02% ammonia water to prepare experimental chronic gastritis model in rats. The model rats were randomly divided into model group, imipenem group, gastritis knot large, medium and small dose group, 10 rats in each group. The corresponding drug treatment was given to each group. The gastric juice pH, pepsin activity, gastric gland length, surface epithelial thickness and gastric mucosal PAS staining positive layer thickness in each group were measured and the number of parietal cells was counted to compare the results of each group. Results: Weizhanjie granules could decrease gastric juice pH value and pepsin activity, alleviate mucosal epithelial lesion, increase PAS positive layer, increase mucosal thickness, increase parietal cell count, and treat with high dose of gastritis knot is the best. Conclusion: Weiyanjie granules can protect rat experimental chronic gastritis induced by ammonia.
