BWB250型泥浆泵是由地质部衡阳探矿机械厂根据BW200/60型泥浆泵鉴定书的建议，重新设计试制的一种新型泥浆泵（见附图）。该泵为三缸单作用往复活塞泵，具有四档变量和两种缸径，大缸径可满足1000米大口径钻机配套需要，小缸径可满足1500米金刚石钻机配套需要。样机先后经配套生产试验和厂内型式试验，证明该泵已达到设计指标，能够满足1000米大口径和1500米小口径钻机配套要求，还是目前国内500米冲击回转钻机的比较理想配套设备。该泵性能较
The BWB250 type mud pump is a new type of mud pump redesigned by the Department of Geology Hengyang Prospecting Machinery Plant based on the recommendations of the BW200/60 mud pump identification book (see attached drawing). The pump is a three-cylinder single-acting reciprocating piston pump, with four-speed variable and two kinds of bores. The large bore can meet the matching requirements of a large-diameter drilling rig of 1000 meters. The small bore can meet the matching needs of a 1500-meter diamond drilling rig. The prototyping machine has been successively matched with the production test and the in-plant type test, which proves that the pump has reached the design target, can meet the requirements for the large-diameter drilling rig of 1000 meters and the small-diameter drilling rig of 1500 meters, or is the ideal supporting equipment for the domestic 500-meter impact rotary drilling rig.
