在目前市场的激烈竞争中,人力资源成为备受关注的重要内容,具有影响企业未来经济效益的作用,也是能够推动地区经济发展的关键因素。跟其他资源相比,人力资源的开发可以激发人的潜能,提高人的才能和工作质量,从而创造出最大的价值,并有效带动地区的经济发展水平。本文通过介绍当前我国人力资源与乡镇经济的发展状况,着重分析了人力资源的开发对乡镇经济发展的重要影响,并在此基础上加大人力资源的开发和利用,更好地促进乡镇经济未来发展。
