挑战之一是西方敌对势力对我国“西化”、“分化”的图谋一刻也没有放弃过。其“和平演变”战略在时时影响着我国的生存环境,在时时影响着我们的党员、干部尤其是年轻一代的思想观念和价值取向。 挑战之二是在由传统的计划经济向社会主义市场经济转变的过程中,经济结构等的多样化,带来了人们价值取向上的多元化,这给弘扬主旋律,坚持思想意识形态领域中马克思主义的一元导向带来了诸多不利因素。
