目的通过观察576例脑卒中患者偏瘫侧肢体水肿的发病时间、发病率与偏瘫侧肢体肌力之间的关系,探讨脑卒中患者偏瘫侧肢体水肿的发病机制。方法总计观察1259例脑卒中患者,观察期为发病后6月以内,予以测量水肿肢体最显点的周径,与健侧比较,并予以多普勒超声检查,统计观察脑卒中患者肢体水肿的发病时间、发病率、与偏瘫侧肢体肌力之间的关系。结果脑卒中患者1259例中,有效观察1077例,出现偏瘫侧肢体水肿症状576例,发病率约为53.48%,其中第1月发病率为10.02%,第2月约为31.98%,第3月约为16.19%,第4个月为0.54%,第5、6个月未见偏瘫侧肢体水肿。结论脑卒中患者偏瘫侧肢体水肿的发病率高,发病后3个月内是高发期,尤其发病后第2个月较高;患者肢体偏瘫程度与偏瘫侧肢体水肿发病率呈正相关。
Objective To explore the pathogenesis of hemiplegia in hemiparetic limbs in stroke patients by observing the relationship between onset time and incidence of limb edema in hemiparetic limbs in 576 stroke patients. Methods A total of 1259 stroke patients were observed. The observation period was within 6 months after onset. The most significant point of edema limb circumference was measured. Compared with contralateral side, Doppler echocardiography was used to observe the edema of limbs in stroke patients Morbidity, morbidity, and muscle strength of hemiplegic limbs. Results Among the 1259 stroke patients, 1077 cases were observed and 576 cases of hemiplegia on the hemiplegia were found. The incidence rate was 53.48%. The incidence rate was 10.02% in the first month and 31.98% in the second month. The third month About 16.19%, the first 4 months 0.54%, the first 5, 6 months no hemiplegia limb edema. Conclusions The incidence of limb edema in hemiparetic patients is high after onset of stroke. The incidence of limb edema is high in 3 months after onset, especially in the second month after onset. There is a positive correlation between the degree of limb hemiplegia and the incidence of limb edema in hemiparetic patients.
