近年来,我国图书情报界对文献信息资源共享的理论、观念、目标、机制、模式以及对策等进行了有益的探索,取得了较大的进展。最近,全国文献信息资源共建共享协作会议在北京召开,并有百余家图书情报机构签署了《全国图书馆馆际互借公约》以及北京图书馆与北京大学、清华大学,与中国科学院分别签订了合作协议书,这标志着我国文献信息资源共享,已进入新的、更高层次的、全方位的合作。同时,随着信息资源数字化和信息传递网络化的迅速发展,不仅突破了信息资源共享的时空限制,而且也促使文献信息的开发与利用出现新的变化。因此,在当前实施“科教兴国”、发展知识经济环境下,信息资源共享从传统型向现代型转化过程中,有不少理论与实践问题需要思考和探索。为此,本刊从今年第3期起,将连续选载由上海地区文献资源共享协作网、华东师范大学信息学系联合课题组完成的研究报告──《上海地区文献信息资源共享问题研究》,以期引起交流与探讨。

Therefore, under the current environment of “rejuvenating the country through science and education” and developing a knowledge-based economy, many problems of theory and practice need to be explored and explored in the process of transforming information resources from traditional forms to modern ones. To this end, this issue from the third of this year, will be continuously selected by the Shanghai area document resource sharing network, East China Normal University, Department of Information Science Research Group completed a joint task group - “Shanghai Document Information Resources Sharing Research” , With a view to arouse exchange and discussion.
