进入21世纪以来,世界经济格局发生了巨大变化。随着知识经济时代的到来,人才对企业的发展越来越重要。为了让企业在新经济时代能更好地发展,必须深化改革企业人力资源管理制度。对我国企业的人力资源管理现状进行分析后,不难发现我国传统企业的人力资源管理更趋向于对员工的管控,不利于调动员工工作的积极性和主动性。基于现代人力资源管理的内涵,将着重分析现代人力资源管理的策略与方法。
Since the 21st century, great changes have taken place in the world economic pattern. With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, talent is more and more important for the development of enterprises.
