心理互助是心理健康教育的重要形式。构建大学生心理互助机制可以充分实现学生的主体地位,符合大学生的心理特点,有利于培养大学生的助人品格和自助能力,可以增强心理健康教育的实效。大学生心理互助机制包括组建大学生心理社团、设立大学生心理互助员、开展心理互助活动、开展心理课题研究、发挥非正式群体的心理互助作用等多种方式。学校要把构建大学生心理互助机制作为进一步完善或健全心理健康教育的工作体制和体系的重要内容,坚持以人为本、充分相信大学生、让大学生充分体验,要为大学生心理互助机制的建立创造条件。
