本项目主体高254.5m,采用混合框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系,属于超限超高层建筑。采用基于性能的抗震设计方法进行设计,抗震性能目标取C级。采用SATWE和ETABS两种软件进行结构整体分析,并采用Perform-3D进行动力弹塑性分析,计算结果表明结构在罕遇地震下处于延性阶段,结构抗震性能满足规范要求。
The main body of this project is 254.5m high, using a hybrid framework - reinforced concrete core tube structural system, which belongs to the ultra-high-rise building. The performance-based seismic design method is adopted to design, and the seismic performance target is C grade. The structure analysis is carried out by SATWE software and ETABS software, and dynamic elasto-plastic analysis is performed by Perform-3D. The results show that the structure is ductile under rare earthquakes and the seismic performance of the structure meets the requirements of the code.
