三明钢铁厂3号高炉(314m~3)于1985年11月中旬投产.热风围管用组合砖砌成,外砌绝热砖,在绝热砖与钢壳之间填耐火纤维.风口弯管与鹅颈管连结部位用耐热混凝土现场捣制. 1988年8月,铁口上方热风围管钢壳出现烧红、开裂,有三处裂缝长达190～300mm、宽3～10mm.据初步观察,砌体有下沉,砖缝最大达10mm,钢壳烧红是由于窜风、
No.3 blast furnace (314m ~ 3) of Sanming Iron and Steel Plant was put into operation in mid-November 1985. The hot blast surrounding pipe is made of combined bricks with heat insulation bricks outside, and refractory fiber is filled between the heat insulating bricks and the steel shell. The pipe connection parts were made by heat-resistant concrete on-site.
