新常态“新常态”在2014年国内经济社会的话题中,从年头热到年尾。“认识新常态、适应新常态、引领新常态,是当前和今后一个时期我国经济发展的大逻辑”。提出新常态,重要的不是提出一个新的概念,而是建立一种新的意识与思维。建立新常态意识与思维,不仅有助于我们及时把握经济发展新阶段的特征,也有利于我们摆脱以往那种当经济发展阶段发生变化时,因认识和政策不能及时调整,跟在后面被动适应的困境。
