本文观察了雷公藤导致不同程度胸腺萎缩鼠及恢复期鼠对胸腺依赖性抗原(TDA)免疫应答反应的变化。结果显示,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级胸腺萎缩鼠脾中PFC绝对数和相对数及血清中抗SRBC抗体均低于正常组(p<0.05,血清中HA滴度亦相应下降;当停药后,胸腺重量逐渐恢复,脾中PFC数和HA滴度也逐渐恢复正常(p>0.05)。同时本文还观察了Ⅲ级胸腺萎缩鼠每天给半量和每周间隔给药二次时,小鼠对TDA反应比正常组低(p<0.05),并恒定在一个低的水平上。
In this paper, we observed the changes of immune responses to thymus-dependent antigen (TDA) induced by Tripterygium wilfordii in different degrees of thymic atrophy and recovery rats. The results showed that the absolute number and relative number of PFCs and serum anti-SRBC antibodies in the spleen of mice with grade I, II, III thymus atrophy were lower than those in the normal group (p<0.05, HA titers in the serum also decreased accordingly; when the drug was discontinued, The weight of thymus gradually recovered, and the number of PFCs and HA titer in the spleen gradually returned to normal (p>0.05).At the same time, we also observed that in mice with grade III thymotic atrophy given twice daily and at twice weekly intervals, the mice received TDA. The response was lower (p<0.05) than the normal group and was constant at a low level.
