2010年4月,某单位一台额定起重量16t的电动单梁起重机吊钩在使用中断裂,未造成人员伤亡和设备的重大损失,断裂吊钩如图1所示。随后,笔者在全区范围内抽查了73台使用环境较为恶劣、维护保养较差的起重机械,对其吊钩进行了解体检查。检查内容包括宏观检查和磁粉检测,宏观检查未发现裂纹,磁粉检测发现有5只存在裂纹,存在裂纹的吊钩达到受检吊钩总数的6.8%,具体统计见表1。吊钩断面如图2所示。从检查结果可以看出,起重机械吊钩存在在役裂纹的几率还是相当大的,但在
In April 2010, an electric single-girder crane hook with rated capacity of 16t in one unit was fractured during use without causing any human casualties and heavy equipment loss. The rupture hooks are shown in Figure 1.
