前列腺增生症施行前列腺切除术,各地积累了丰富经验。然而,有些术后并发症仍有发生,值得重视。为此,将我院1956—1980年266例前列腺切除术后并发症分析如下。临床资料本组266例,年龄最大者86岁,最小者50岁,多在60—75岁之间。心电图异常者111例(41.7%)。经耻骨后切除177例,术中平均输血214毫升;耻骨上切除89例,平均输血358毫升。术中未输血者108例(40.6%)。术后并发症:(1)术中出血500毫升以上者8例(3%)。(2)感染:尿路感染12例,
Prostate hyperplasia prostatectomy, has accumulated rich experience. However, some postoperative complications still occur, it is worth attention. To this end, our hospital from 1956 to 1980, 266 cases of post-prostatectomy complications are as follows. Clinical data 266 cases in this group, the oldest 86 years old, the youngest 50 years old, mostly between 60-75 years old. 111 cases of abnormal electrocardiogram (41.7%).
