今年,临夏州档案局对州直单位档案基础业务工作和档案安全保管状况进行了专项检查。针对检查中发现的部分单位“档案实体整理标准不符合国家规范要求、纸质档案数字化处理工作严重滞后、档案存放地点不具备安全保管条件”等突出问题,启动档案提前接收进馆工作。从9月开始到目前,临夏州委政研室、州宗教局、州建设局等6个单位先后将本单位档案送往州档案局,在专业人员指导下开始移交前的规
This year, Linxia Archives Bureau conducted a special inspection on the archival basis of state-owned units’ work and the safe custody of archives. In response to the outstanding problems such as some units found in the inspection, “archiving entities do not conform to the national standard requirements, digital archives processing work seriously lagged behind, and archival storage locations do not have the safe custody conditions”, the archives were activated and received in advance. From September until now, six units including Linxia Prefecture Commission for Science and Technology, State Religious Affairs Bureau and State Construction Bureau sent the archives of the unit successively to the State Archives Bureau and started the regulations before the transfer under the guidance of professionals
