国防经济国际化是指军品生产过程被置于不同的民族和国家,国防项目由两个以上国家共同投资、合作研制和生产、共享利益的国际合作现象。它有深刻的政治、军事、经济等方面的原因。社会主义国家,要发展自己的经济力,也应在一定的条件下积极参与经济国际化。本文对国防经济国际化进行了分析,提供了许多有用资料,并根据国防经济国际化的现状和制约因素,以及我国国防经济建设的特点,提出了应采取的几点措施:坚持和平自主的外交战略;突出国防经济合作的特点;在国防经济领域加快改革开放的步伐;选择合适的目标;加强国防科研和生产基地的配套建设;正确处理开放与保密等一系列关系。
Internationalization of national defense economy refers to the military production process being placed in different nations and countries. The national defense project involves more than two countries investing jointly to develop and produce cooperatively and share the benefits of international cooperation. It has profound political, military, economic and other reasons. In socialist countries, if we want to develop our own economic power, we should also actively participate in economic globalization under certain conditions. This paper analyzes the internationalization of national defense economy and provides a lot of useful information. According to the status quo and constraints of the internationalization of national defense economy and the characteristics of China’s national defense economy, some measures should be taken: sticking to the diplomacy of peace and autonomy Strategy; highlight the characteristics of national defense economic cooperation; accelerate the pace of reform and opening up in the field of national defense economy; choose appropriate goals; strengthen the supporting construction of national defense scientific research and production bases; correctly handle a series of relations such as opening up and secrecy.
