目的研究重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶配伍氯霉末阴道软胶囊治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效。方法重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶和氯霉末阴道软胶囊交替使用。结果两疗程后轻度糜烂和单纯型糜烂疗效明显高于第一疗程。结论重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶和氯霉素阴道软胶囊治疗宫颈炎使用方便,不良反应少,疗效较佳。
Objective To study the curative effect of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel with chloramphenicol vaginal soft capsule in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods Recombinant human interferon alfa-2b gel was used interchangeably with chloramphenicol vaginal soft capsules. Results After two courses of mild erosion and simple erosion efficacy was significantly higher than the first course of treatment. Conclusion Recombinant human interferon alpha-2b gel and chloramphenicol vaginal soft capsules for the treatment of cervicitis is easy to use, less adverse reactions, better efficacy.
