目的:探讨吸入皮质激素治疗儿童支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:32例中重度哮喘病人在哮喘发作缓解后或同时予以吸入皮质激素,多用丙酸培氯米松气雾剂。初始剂量300—400μg/日。结果:32例中临床控制12例占37.6％,显效16例点43.7％,有效5例占15.6％,无效1例占3.1％,总有效率96.9％。结论:吸入皮质激素治疗儿童支气管哮喘疗效确切。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of inhaled corticosteroids in children with bronchial asthma. Methods: Thirty-two patients with moderate-to-severe asthma were given inhaled corticosteroids either at the same time as the relief of the asthma attack or with the combination of beclomethasone propionate aerosol. Initial dose 300-400 μg / day. Results: Of the 32 cases, 12 cases were controlled by 37.6%, 16 cases were markedly marked by 43.7%, 5 cases were effective by 15.6%, 1 case was ineffective by 3.1% and the total effective rate was 96.9%. Conclusion: Inhaled corticosteroids are effective in children with bronchial asthma.
