观察快速免疫染色法鉴别人周围神经束性质的临床应用可行性。从新鲜人尸脊神经后根中分离、提取了脊神经节感觉神经元特异蛋白,将该蛋白作为抗原以杂交瘤技术制备了识别感觉神经元特异蛋白的单克隆抗体。用食用亮蓝标记该单抗后,直接为临床6例周围神经损伤患者术中染色。经30分钟能清晰分辨出感觉及运动束,取得了预期效果。采用此技术染色步骤简单,能在肉眼和手术显微镜下观察,对周围神经断伤能够快速、准确、特异性的鉴别出功能神经束,提高了手术效果
To observe the rapid immunostaining method to identify the nature of human peripheral nerve bundle clinical feasibility. The specific sensory neuron specific protein of spinal ganglion was extracted from the posterior root of fresh human corpus spinal nerve and the monoclonal antibody of sensory neuron specific protein was prepared by hybridoma technique using this protein as antigen. Marked with edible bright blue the monoclonal antibody, direct clinical 6 cases of peripheral nerve injury in patients with intraoperative staining. After 30 minutes can clearly distinguish the feeling and exercise beam, and achieved the desired results. Using this technique, the staining procedure is simple and can be observed under the naked eye and under a surgical microscope. Functional nerve bundles can be rapidly, accurately and specifically identified for the peripheral nerve injury and improve the surgical effect
