乡村卫生组织一体化建设是当前基层卫生组织改革的热点。是基层卫生组织适应社会主义市场经济发展,中心村镇建设,农民居住相对集中,卫生系统自行消化加大、内部竞争加剧、运行负担加重和医学模式转变而进行的医疗资源优化重组。是满足人们对医疗、预防、保健、康复、健康教育和计划生育技术服务等服务内容和服务方式新要求的一种必然趋势。各地在乡村卫生组织一体化建设和管理上的做法、成效和体会不尽一致,报道很多,但何为一体化?乡村卫生组织一体化有哪些具体形式?实施中应注意的问题,报道甚少,现根据个人学习和工作的体会提出一些看法。
