生产規模小的鑄造車間大都采用小座爐。目前各乡、社、学校都开始大搞小型工业,因此小座爐的使用也就更加广泛了。小座爐之所以被广泛采用的原因主要是构造簡单,操作方便;但还存在着不少的缺点,而这些缺点是可以进一步改进和克服的。主要表現在以下几点: 1.熔化效率低。 2.鉄水温度低。 3.爐身矮,爐料預热不足。 4.单风口或单排风口、焦炭燃烧不完全。 5.爐口大、爐身小、容易产生搭棚現象,影响正常熔化。 6.使用翻槽(爐底),出渣困难,鉄水被氧化,倒鉄水时送风間断,影响了鉄水質量及焦炭的正常燃烧。
Small-scale production of small foundries use small stoves. At present, all townships, communes and schools have begun to devote themselves to small-scale industries. Therefore, the use of small-sized furnaces is also more extensive. The reason why the small stove is widely adopted is that the structure is simple and the operation is convenient. However, there are still some shortcomings, which can be further improved and overcome. Mainly in the following points: 1. Low melting efficiency. 2. 鉄 water temperature is low. 3. Short furnace body, insufficient charge preheating. 4. Single or single exhaust vents, coke combustion is not complete. 5 large mouth, small shaft, prone to scaffolding phenomenon, affecting the normal melting. 6. The use of turning the trough (bottom), the slag is difficult, the water is oxidized, pouring water intermittent, affecting the quality of water and the normal coke combustion.
