本文介绍微型计算机辅助设计冲裁件最佳排样,先将工件展开图变为计算机可以识别的信息,对生产中常用的排样法给出了最佳排样方案。输出:料利用率特性曲线;材料利用率最高的条料宽度B、冲裁步距W、工件展开图在条料上配置角度α、最高利用率η;冲裁力;压力中心。并列举了几个排样实例,与现工厂手工排样比较,其材料利用率平均提高5~10%。在TP—803微机上采用BASIC语言编写程序。本程序通用性强,使用方便可靠,可适用于任何形状零件。
In this paper, we introduce the best layout of micro-computer aided design blanking parts. First, turn the workpiece development plan into a computer-recognizable information, and give the best layout plan for the common nesting method in production. Output: material utilization characteristic curve; the material utilization of the highest width of the strip B, blanking step W, the workpiece deployment plan in the strip configuration angle α, the maximum utilization η; punching force; pressure center. A few examples of layouts are listed. Compared with the current manual layout of the factory, the material utilization rate is increased by 5-10% on average. In the TP-803 microcomputer using BASIC programming language. The procedure is versatile, easy to use and reliable, applicable to any shape parts.
