对化学池沉积方法（ＣＢＤ）制备的ＣｄＳ多晶薄膜的电导率测试，发现电导率－温度关系的异常现象，在室温附近，电导率随温度增加的变化逐渐变慢，出现异常；温度继续升高则恢复正常．本文就此异常现象和测试结果对ＣｄＳ多晶薄膜性能的影响进行了讨论．
The conductivity of CdS polycrystalline thin films prepared by chemical bath deposition method (CBD) showed that there was an abnormal phenomenon of conductivity-temperature. Near room temperature, the change of conductivity with temperature increased gradually and became abnormal. The temperature continued to increase High then back to normal. In this paper, the anomalies and test results on the CdS polycrystalline film properties were discussed.
