守法是落实我国“依法治国”国策的具体体现,也是法律运行中的重要环节。当代大学生是中国特色社会主义事业未来的建设者和接班人,大学生的守法行为也为法治中国的建设做出了巨大贡献。本文首先简单描述了当前我国大学生守法的现状,其次对存在这些现状的原因进行了分析,最后在如何对其进行完善方面提出了相应建议,以期为当前国家法治化进程的推进提供理论支持。
Abiding by the law is the concrete manifestation of the national policy of “governing the country according to law” in our country and is also an important link in the operation of the law. Contemporary college students are the builders and successors of the future of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The law-abiding behavior of college students has also made great contributions to the construction of law-based China. This article first briefly describes the status quo of our college students abide by the law, and secondly analyzes the reasons for the existence of these conditions, and finally puts forward some suggestions on how to improve it, with a view to providing theoretical support for the progress of the current state legalization.
