目的探讨局部振动对家兔纹状体内单胺类神经递质的变化。方法以18只成年健康家兔为实验对象,采用后肢局部接振法,分为三组分别接触不同振动剂量60d(其中包括一个对照组,除不接振外共它条件与实验组相同)。采用岛津LC—6A高效液相色谱仪测定家兔纹状体内单胺类神经递质的含量。结果接振组去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺明显较对照组减少,高香草酸与多巴胺的比值增大。结论局部振动可引起中枢神经递质的紊乱,为进一步研究振动性神经病的发生机制提供了参考资料
Objective To investigate the changes of monoamine neurotransmitters in rabbit striatum by local vibration. Methods Eighteen adult healthy rabbits were used as experimental subjects. The rats were divided into three groups and received different vibration doses for 60 days (including one control group, the same conditions as the experimental group) except for the vibration. The content of monoamine neurotransmitters in rabbit striatum was measured by Shimadzu LC-6A high performance liquid chromatography. Results Compared with the control group, norepinephrine and dopamine in the vibration group decreased significantly, and the ratio of vanillic acid and dopamine increased. Conclusion Local vibration can cause the disturbance of neurotransmitter in central nervous system, which provides a reference for further study on the pathogenesis of vibration neuropathy
