盐与高血压关系密切,高盐摄入者血压偏高,控制盐摄入有助于降压。但由于文化传统和生活习惯的影响,通过控制盐摄入达到控制血压在现实生活中很难做到。临床医生也很少花大量功夫去指导安排与劝说患者实施减盐计划。祝之明教授通过回顾历史,评估现有控盐方法,搜集新近进展;并结合他们的研究经验,总结提出减盐降压应实施限入与促排并重的策略,让人耳目一新,使老话题成为新焦点,重新燃起人们对控盐降压的期望。
Salt and hypertension are closely related to high salt intake of high blood pressure, salt intake control contribute to blood pressure. However, due to the influence of cultural traditions and living habits, controlling blood pressure by controlling salt intake is difficult to achieve in real life. Clinicians seldom spend much time on the planning and persuading patients to implement salt reduction programs. Professor ZHU Zhi-ming reviewed the history, assessed the existing salt control methods, and collected recent progress. Combining with their research experience, they concluded that reducing salt and reducing blood pressure should be implemented with the strategy of both limit and promotion.
