海绵城市和绿色建筑是当前城市建设发展的方向,两者都是以创造生态、健康的人居环境为目标,从内容上看,绿色建筑的条文中包含大量的海绵城市建设技术,这些技术存在于“节地与室外环境”、“节水与水资源利用”两个部分;从层次上看,绿色建筑是海绵城市的实施途径和微观体现之一。两者具有较强的相关性。从规划、实施、经济政策及考核评价等四个层面加强绿色建筑与海绵城市的统筹建设,有利于实现两项工作的共同推进、协调发展。
