宽带薪酬是20世纪90年代在国际企业界兴起的薪酬管理模式,近年来被逐渐导入我国的企业。许多企业开始实施宽带薪酬制度,以此来帮助企业实现新时期的战略目标。文章将对我国钢铁企业宽带薪酬条件、问题及对策进行探讨。
Broadband pay is a compensation management model that emerged in the international business community in the 1990s and has been gradually introduced into our country in recent years. Many enterprises began to implement broadband pay system, in order to help companies achieve the strategic goals of the new era. This article will discuss the broadband salary conditions, problems and countermeasures in China’s iron and steel enterprises.
