根据《1990年全国统计工作要点》关于建立健全统计法规检查机构,充实人员,加强培训,提高统计执法队伍的素质,加强统计法规知识的宣传、普及工作的要求,我们从本期起开辟“统计法规检查基本知识讲座”,较系统地讲解进行统计法规检查时必须具备的有关知识,以便广大统计人员和统计检查人员循序渐进地学习和掌握统计法规检查的基本知识。
According to the “Outline of National Statistical Work in 1990” on establishing and improving inspection agencies for statistical laws and regulations, enriching personnel, strengthening training, improving the quality of statistical law enforcement personnel, and strengthening the publicity and popularization of statistical laws and regulations, we have started this year’s “Statistics Basic Law Lectures on Law Inspection ”to systematically explain the relevant knowledge necessary for conducting statutory and regulatory inspections so that statisticians and statisticians can learn and master the basic knowledge of statutory and statutory inspections step by step.
