一般的过滤器只允许单向流动。不然,经过过滤出来的杂质就会再从滤芯中被冲出来。在一定的液压系统应用场合,双向流动过滤器具有优越性。在旋转方向变动的闭式静压驱动系统中,这种过滤器能根本提高生产安全性。通过在液压泵和液压马达之间的主管路上安装这种过滤器,能够可靠地避免由马达造成的泵损坏(或由泵造成的马达损坏)。在阀和液压缸的保护上,存在着类似的问题,因为在这些元件之间,流动方向同样经常变动。
General filters allow only one-way flow. Otherwise, the filtered impurities will be washed out of the filter. In certain hydraulic system applications, two-way flow filter has the advantage. In closed-loop hydrostatic drive systems where the direction of rotation changes, this type of filter substantially improves production safety. By installing such a filter on the main line between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor, pump damage caused by the motor (or damage to the motor by the pump) can be reliably avoided. There is a similar problem with the protection of valves and hydraulic cylinders because the direction of flow also varies frequently between these elements.
