我国目前还没有统一的产品责任法。八十年代以来,我国陆续颁布了一些与产品责任有关的法律、法规,这些法律、法规对调整某些领域内的产品责任关系,提高产品质量,有一定的积极作用。国家经委1980年4月10日颁布了《工业企业全面质量管理暂行办法》,特别规定了产品设计试制过程和生产过程中的质量管理,对防止产品因设计制造缺陷而发生的质量问题有一定促进作用。第五届全国人大常委会第25次会议于1982年11月19日通过《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》(试行),为保证食品卫生,防止食品污染和有害因素对人体的危害,保障人民身体健康,规定了十二类食品禁止经营;并对食品的卫生、食品添加剂的卫生、食品容器、包装材料和食品用工具、设备的卫生、食品卫生管理和监督以及违反食品卫生法的责任都做了详尽的规定。第六届全国人大常委会第七次会议于1984年9月20日通过了(《中华人民共
