The 30th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth National People’s Congress of Sichuan Province decided to make the following changes to the “Regulations of Individual Business Owners in Sichuan Province” as follows: 1. Article 31 of the Regulations shall be deleted from the text: “Penalties up to the revocation of the business license; ”Article 33 of the Regulations shall be deleted:“ Until the punishment of the business license is revoked by the administrative department for industry and commerce; ”“ Article 34 of the Regulations is deleted: ”If the circumstances are serious, the business license shall be revoked; "
