8月2日上午,劳动部部长李伯勇在山东省城镇企业职工社会保险制度改革工作会议上,肯定了山东省社会保险改革的工作成绩,并就当前全面推进养老保险制度改革发表了深刻见解。山东省以劳动法为统领,积极开展各项劳动制度改革工作。全省较早地实行了养老保险费用的地市级统筹,在全省范围内进行养老金计发办法改革,井在青岛、烟台、威海等实行养老保险一体化管理的试点。t失业、生育、工伤、医疗保险改革也正在积极的试点中。现在,又确定了企业职工养老保险制度改革试点方案。山东是继湖南、吉林、云南之后又统一出台一个方案的省份。方案的出台对推动华东以至全国企业职工养老保险制度改革具有很重要的现实意义。李部长就全国养老保险改革的形势和下步的工作任务讲了几点意见。国务院6号文件是继国务院33号文件之后,有关养老保险制度改革的又一个重要的指导性文件。它的
