在机械加工中遇到圓錐曲綫形(如椭圓、双曲綫和抛物线)的零件时,通常采用靠模、成型刀和对样板等方法加工。但这些方法都有缺点,不是效率低、精度差,就是需要很多工具,对于单件、小批生产是不适合的。如根据圓錐曲綫形成的原理,在机床上使工件和刀具模拟其原理而运动,就能得到准确的曲綫形状,且加工方法簡单。現将几种圓錐曲綫的加工方法介紹如下。
In the machining encountered conical (such as oval, hyperbolic and parabolic) parts, usually by the mode, forming knife and the template and other methods of processing. However, these methods all have disadvantages. They are not inefficient and poor in precision. They require a lot of tools and are not suitable for single-piece or small-batch production. If according to the principle of conic curve, make the workpiece and the cutter simulate the principle and move on the machine tool, the accurate curve shape can be obtained, and the processing method is simple. Now several conic curve processing methods are described below.
