目的观察麻杏石甘汤加减结合西医治疗对肺炎喘嗽的临床疗效。方法将80例肺炎喘嗽患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组予以静点头孢他啶0.1 g/(kg.d),并配合对症治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上辨证论治予以麻杏石甘汤加减治疗。结果总有效率:治疗组97.50%,对照组85.00%;治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽临床疗效满意。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with western medicine on pneumonia and cough. Methods Eighty children with pneumonia and asthma were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 40 cases each. The control group was given ceftazidime 0.1 g / (kg.d), and with symptomatic treatment; treatment group in the control group based on the treatment of syndrome differentiation given Maxing Shigan Decoction treatment. Results The total effective rate was 97.50% in the treatment group and 85.00% in the control group. The curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative Chinese medicine treatment of pneumonia asthma cough clinical efficacy satisfactory.
