目的:分析岩木瓜的挥发性成分并研究其抗血栓和抗氧化活性。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,GC-MS鉴定化学成分;测定氧化产物水平研究抗氧化作用;用Born比浊法测定对血小板聚集的影响。结果:从挥发油中检出198个色谱峰,鉴定57个化合物,占挥发油总量的72.06%,其中含量最高的为脂肪酸类成分;岩木瓜的挥发性成分没有抗氧化作用,对ADP诱导的血小板聚集有弱的抑制作用。结论:岩木瓜的挥发性成分及其生物活性均为首次报道。
Objective: To analyze the volatile components of Papaya papaya and study its antithrombotic and antioxidative activities. Methods: The extracts were extracted by steam distillation. The chemical components were identified by GC-MS. The antioxidant activity was determined by measuring the level of oxidation products. The effect of platelet aggregation was determined by Born Turbidimetry. RESULTS: 198 chromatographic peaks were detected from volatile oils and 57 compounds were identified, accounting for 72.06% of the total volatile oil. The highest content was fatty acids; the volatile components of Papaya showed no anti-oxidant effect, and ADP-induced platelets were detected. Aggregation has a weak inhibitory effect. Conclusion: Volatile components and biological activities of Papaya are reported for the first time.
