20年前,即1979年,何匡同志和我作为《人民日报》记者,应意共机关报《团结报》的邀请,于10月间在意大利进行了12天的参观采访。为什么会有这次访问呢?原来一年前我们党开过十一届三中全会,遵循邓小平同志倡导的解放思想、实事求是的思想路线,对内对外政策都作了大的调整。党的对外工作也着手进行根本性的调整,把超越意识形态发展党际关系提上了工作日程。由于意识形态原因中断来往十多年的中意两党开始了接触。应《人民日报》的邀请,《团结报》曾派
