补中益气汤见于元·李杲《脾胃论》,用于治疗脾胃气虚及气虚下陷之脱肛,久泻,久痢等症。具有补中益气,升阳举陷之功。笔者以本方随证化裁,用于临床各种病证,疗效满意。兹撮以数案,以正同道。1 耳聋 王某,男,58岁。1996—8月就诊。双侧耳聋半年,曾在我院五官科诊断为混合性耳聋。刻诊:二耳轰鸣,如机器声。时轻时重,休息暂减,烦劳则加,四肢困倦。使用助听器仍不能与人正常交谈。检查:双耳鼓膜完整内陷,光锥消失。电测听检查:左耳平
