一、前言 S6500鼓风机是烧结生产抽烟用的重要设备。其转子是易损件,更换次数非常频繁。为改变供不应求的状况,沈阳鼓风机厂和鞍钢烧结总厂从1969年开始,对S6500铆接转子进行了大胆地改革,制成了我国第一台S6500焊接转子。经过1270小时的工矿运转试验,停车检查,发现在进气角处叶片的熔合线和热影响区中出现了长短不等的局部纵向裂纹。据分析是由于叶片材质(30CrMnSi)可焊性差,结
